[testing] created ViewTransactionLogsTest.java and tested that admin and tester can both successfully get to new View Transactions Page

updated deadPatient SQL files and updated ViewPatientOfficeVisitHistoryActionTest and MedicalReportFilterTest to reflect database changes

Added Selenium tests for different combinations of selections on screen, as well as error scenarios.

Fixed error so that patients cannot create appointments in the past; fixed style changes; started EditApptPatientTest.java

Updated testFilterByGender unit test to reflect the addition of three dead female patients. The test was failing as female patients went from 24 to 27.

Updated patients 1-8 to add death date and cause of death data. Also updated TestDataGenerator class to omit calling deadPatient methods as they were causing log-in issues.
