Added description of current implementation of CRMC

##### CRMC Event Generation #####
CRMC is an optional component for this MC. To be used you must install CRMC with the models you intend to use (Edit the CRMC CMakeLists.txt). Please note that some models are limited in their ability to simulate heavy ion events. Please see the CRMC Readme for details.
Two environment variables must also be set. CRMC_INSTALL and CRMC_SRC pointing to the install and source directories of your CRMC implementation.
