Show basic blocks in Xdot

rarbore2 requested to merge xdot_show_bbs into main
  • Show basic block edges in Xdot again.
  • Allow Xdot to be run without arguments (default to requiring analyses).
  • Move BasicBlocks definition to hercules_ir/.
