Modify Order Book

Description

Design of Order Book needs to be changed. We want strategy outputs to override existing entries/portions of. Provide an additional set of AUCT callbacks, and add an additional field in AUCT messages that defines whether the message is from historical or strategy.

Success Criteria & Deliverables

Updated AUCT messages Order Books should be able to add strategy orders, do partial/full override, and rest it on the book.
