[refactoring] Removed influenza_epidemic() method from standard_data() as it was causing other tests to fail.

[tests] Added edge case method to test if epidemic occurs when starting one day before date in testIsFluEpidemic() assertTrue test, and one day after date in testIsFluEpidemic() assertTrue test.

Added Selenium tests for different combinations of selections on screen, as well as error scenarios.

Fixed error so that patients cannot create appointments in the past; fixed style changes; started EditApptPatientTest.java

Updated testFilterByGender unit test to reflect the addition of three dead female patients. The test was failing as female patients went from 24 to 27.

Updated patients 1-8 to add death date and cause of death data. Also updated TestDataGenerator class to omit calling deadPatient methods as they were causing log-in issues.
