[SPARK-10070] [DOCS] Remove Guava dependencies in user guides

`Lists.newArrayList` -> `Arrays.asList`

Anybody into replacing usages of `Lists.newArrayList` in the examples / source code too? this method isn't useful in Java 7 and beyond.
