Use published "org.spark-project.akka-*" in sbt build for Hadoop-2.2 dependencies.

This also includes:
-Change `isNewYarn` to `isNewHadoop`, since the protobuf-2.5 dependency is from Hadoop-2.2 itself.
-Regexp bugix
