Fixed absorber material selection. Fixed absorber dimensions. Removed a constructor. Module works now

Corrected the calculation to get number of fibers per radiator gap. Still seg faults after construction

Partially implemented analysis manager in EventAction and RunAction. Provided a way for configuration info to be shared with RunAction from other classes

Changed the fiber sensitive detector to only record photon hits at top of detector. Might account for part of Y bias.

Updates to remove zero-plots and also to have an option for gaussian fit instead of mean + rms (DEF:OFF). Tested, it works.

New code for analysis of a_i_j coefficients in the RPD. Two main functionalities at the moment: plotting coefficients from one file and comparing different coefficients obtained with different simulations. Code still far to be optimal but working.
