Gps tests akash

Akash Sannasi requested to merge gps_tests_akash into main

Goal is to write a gps data pulling script and insert it into our MySQL Database. Right now we are using sqlite for testing insertions. The gps data pulling script will allow us to register a device to the database so that the frontend knows it is active as well.
