Subject: [PATCH] [SPARK-22159][SQL] Make config names consistently end with
 "enabled".

## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
spark.sql.execution.arrow.enable and spark.sql.codegen.aggregate.map.twolevel.enable -> enabled
