Subject: [PATCH] [SPARK-16509][SPARKR] Rename window.partitionBy and
 window.orderBy to windowPartitionBy and windowOrderBy.

## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Rename window.partitionBy and window.orderBy to windowPartitionBy and windowOrderBy to pass CRAN package check.

## How was this patch tested?
SparkR unit tests.
